Reporting a problem

Tell us which browser and device you use, what you expected, and what happened instead. A short set of steps to reproduce the issue helps. There is no need to send your original photo; use a non-sensitive example if an image is essential.

If your browser shows a security warning, do not bypass it. Tell us the exact error message and the address shown.

Privacy and security requests

Use “Privacy request” or “Security report” in the subject line. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, payment information, or other sensitive information. CaptionBar cannot retrieve photos or captions from your editor: they stay on your device.

Sending an email shares your email address and whatever you include with the mailbox provider and CaptionBar. See the privacy notice for details.
